She is fervent about people singing wholeheartedly, with passion and consistency. She taught singing and performing skills at Dartington College of Arts for 10 years. She equally enjoys teaching beginners to embrace and explore their voices as well as helping professional working singers to look after their voices under difficult touring and studio conditions. She founded and directs The Lost Sound – Dartmoor Folk choir a leading choir in the South West. The choir has continually added support to award winning duo, Show Of Hands in the South West, since 2014 and was honoured to support them at The Royal Albert Hall for their 25th anniversary, in 2017.
